2.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress, impairment, or any condition that would render your acceptance of these Terms ineffective under applicable law.
2.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of gsd108 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold Member accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is entitled to register and maintain exactly one gsd108 Account. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gsd108 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and banking data cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately and all associated balances and winnings will be forfeited without appeal.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and preferred payment method. gsd108 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details provided by a Member. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gsd108 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gsd108 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of a suspected security breach. 3.4 KYC Verification. gsd108 may at any time — and will do so prior to processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold — require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. gsd108 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing on any Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
3.5 Account Transferability. gsd108 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any balance, bonus, or benefit associated with it to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gsd108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. gsd108 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, but reserve the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual deposit patterns.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your gsd108 Wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). gsd108 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB and typically settle within the same window. 4.6 Currency. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gsd108 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any funds deposited in a currency other than IDR will be declined.
4.7 Fees. gsd108 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which gsd108 accepts no liability.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by gsd108 are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by gsd108 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible products will be specified in the promotion terms. Stakes placed on excluded games or products do not count toward the wagering requirement.

5.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. gsd108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Members with a bonus already credited to their Account at the time of discontinuation retain the right to satisfy existing wagering requirements within the original validity period.
6.1 Binding Bets. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed on the gsd108 Platform — evidenced by the transaction appearing in your betting history — it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member except where gsd108 exercises its discretion to void a bet under applicable event rules.

No compensation beyond the refund of the original stake is payable for voided bets under this clause.
6.4 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets on gsd108 are governed by the draw rules of the respective originating market (Hongkong, Singapore, Sydney). Results are published live within the gsd108 account dashboard. In the event of a draw result being disputed, the official result published by the relevant draw operator is final and binding.
6.5 Live Casino Rules. 10.3 Cap on Liability. gsd108's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their gsd108 Wallet in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Providers. gsd108 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or service failures of third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PGSoft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe), payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja), or any other third party involved in the delivery of services on the Platform.

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by gsd108 — your right to access the Platform is immediately revoked. You remain bound by any obligation incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding wagering requirements attached to withdrawn Bonus Funds.

12.3 Current Version. The current and binding version of these Terms & Conditions is the version published on this page at gsd108.net/terms-conditions. Any previous versions are superseded in full. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gsd108 is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that territory in respect of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out below.

13.3 Formal Dispute Process.
